The online evidence system is for the use of Clear Brook Debate students only. Debate evidence is serious business. If you spread these documents around outside the club, we will not hesitate to take actions against you.

Legal:

By accessing the online evidence database, you [THE USER] certifies that he is a rightful user, granted access to the online evidence database by the Clear Brook Speech and Debate Club. THE USER will not redistribute the original documents contained within the online evidence database without express permission from Clear Brook Debate staff, nor distribute any derivative works thereof.

DECLARATION UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY:

1.) I certify that I am have a lawful entitlement to use the Clear Brook Debate Online Evidence System, and the documents contained within;

2.) I certify that I will not redistribute any documents contained within, nor derivative works in whole or part;

3.) I certify that I will not share my username or password with any other person;

4.) I understand that violation of these limits will result in consequences from club administration, and possibly prosecution under United States Federal law( 18 U.S.C. § 1621 ), punishable by up to five (5) years in prison.
