Online Services
NOTE! Most of you do have not been assigned your usernames and passwords yet. This will be done the first week of school.
We use a customized version of Gmail for our team e-mail. Veteran debaters receive an account to communicate with other debaters. To log in, click on the logo above.
Online Word Processing and Spreadsheets
In the past, the amount of paperwork associated with debate has resulted in much wasted time. In an effort to streamline the case development and research process, CBHS Debate has decided to utilize Google Docs and Spreadsheets. This will allow debaters to keep their cases and research in an online word processor, similar to and compatible with Microsoft Word. This way, debaters can work on their cases at home or at school, without worry as to where their cases are. In addition, students can share their cases with others online - meaning it is now easier to work together on cases. Click on the logo above to log in.
Instant Messaging

Debate is a highly collaborative effort. In order to make things easier, we highly recommend that debaters keep in touch when at home, to save time and increase productivity. Since veteran debaters receive e-mail accounts, the easiest way to stay in touch with anyone on the team is to use Google Talk. This can be used from the web-mail interface above, or, downloaded as an application. We recommend installing Google Pack, which includes the Google Talk client, as well as anti-virus and anti-spyware applications to keep your PC safe. Download it from this page by clicking here.
